ICT Support Services
The school's ICT Department provides technical support services to students and parents experiencing technology-related difficulties.
Submitting Support Requests:
All ICT support requests must be submitted through our official online portal
https://go.gov.sg/vps-ict-help
Service Level Agreement:
The ICT Department will acknowledge and respond to all submitted requests within three (3) working days from the date of submission. Please note that response times may vary depending on the complexity of the issue and current service demand.
Office Hours:
ICT support services are available during regular school operating hours. Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next working day.
